Main duties
Supporting Senior Probate Solicitors
Administration of simple estates
Client contact
Will drafting
Drafting lasting powers of attorney
Some secretarial support will be provided but you will have strong administration skills and previous experience within a Probate department This would be an excellent opportunity for a Legal Administrator or Secretary to take the next step in their career
