This role is working for highly renound well established Insurance business that prides itself in not being a call centre

Based in Leeds Bradford the main responsibilities of this role are to handle inbound and outbound calls dealing with existing customers renewal and midterm policy adjustments of the companys products whilst maximising lead generation opportunities to increase and retain the companys customer base

Handle all inbound renewals calls for all Companys products with the objective of retaining the client

 

As part of handling inbound call to produce new business leads for the New Business team as targeted and other sales data in line with personal and team targets

 

To generate Household leads and sell legal expenses policies to existing clients within set targets
