Our client is a major UK ReadyMeals manufacturer based in the SouthEast of England producing a wide range of highquality chilled ReadyMeals and prepared food products Due to expansion a Development Chef is required to join the New Product Development NPD team leading new products through from concept to launch and creating exciting new culinary ideas to enhance their product offering
Main Responsibilities
Developing new recipes and concepts including novel ideas for packaging and manufacturing processes
Working as part of the NPD team by communicating concepts clearly and supporting the team to deliver the final product on time and within budget
Communicating with customers and contacts within the company showing a thorough awareness of the market competitor products and new trends and techniques
Demonstrating a full understanding of internal company and customer requirements
