An excellent opportunity for a Design Engineer in a market leading business which designs and manufactures high end aesthetically appealing consumer products which are exported throughout the world
An experienced Design Engineer is now sought to join a positive and enthusiastic RD team
Main duties and responsibilities include
Develop new designs both technically and aesthetically as required
Be innovative with the introduction of new processes and materials
Resolve engineering and design problems being reported during the manufacturing process
Provide engineering detail drawings and support to sub contractors as requested
Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of the product range
Ensure supplier conformity and be involved in Quality Assurance
Create and maintain part and Bill of material data ensuring accuracy to other data in the company
