Our client a leading Human Resources Consultancy is recruiting a team for a large business reorganisation project they are delivering throughout 2012 in the North West and North East regions of the UK
As part of this project they are looking to recruit a number of HR Managers and HR Business Partners to provide the HR leadership and management level HR operational experience that a project of this nature requires
We are looking for people with the following skills and experience
Change Management experience
A proven track record of managing and delivering projects
Experience previously gained at HRM or HRBP level
People management experience
Minimum MCIPD
Significant Industrial and Employee Relations experience in multi site environments
Considerable experience of working with trade unions
Team work focused with the ability to coach others
