Senior Project Planner Retail West Midlands
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Planner to work on both tender and live works Retail schemes in the West Midlands
Our client is a top contractor who have a full order book for the next 3 years and are looking to expand their team
You MUST have the following to be considered
6 years Planning experience
General Build contractor experience
Project experience in Retail new build extensions refit fit out
A permanent track record of permanent employment
Proficient in Asta Power Project
The Planner will be part of a small team of planners working on both tender and live works You will be responsible for creating cost and resource loaded programmes Critical Path S Curves and Earned Value Management Man management skills or mentoring of less experienced Planners would be advantageous
