The Company
Our client based in South East Essex require an experienced HR Advisor to join their team for an initial 6 month contract to assist with a large project taken place throughout the organisation The company has over 1000 employees onsite and a further 300 off site
The Role
You will report direct to the Senior HR Advisor and assist with all HR related functions to the project starting This role will fall within a business partner role You will advise guide and support managers and employees on the implementation and operation of personnel policies procedures and practices You will always ensure to promote and monitor best practice in Human Resources
