Main Duties
Validation of all new tools manufactured by Toolroom facility
Experience
Wide knowledge of polymers
Excellent fault finding skills Moulding process
Proven ability to process optimise
Basic computer skills required Microsoft office
Must be presentable and preferably have some customer facing experience
Preferred but not essential
Experience in 2K moulding
Ability to estimate cycle times machine size for a given job and estimate a price would be advantageous but not essential
Qualifications
Ideally HNC in polymer technology or higher
