My client is looking for a Property Manager to join the busy and successful team based in central Southampton
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to tenants meeting client requirements
Your role will involve
Manage tenant and third party issues and complaints
Producing tenancy agreements and move in packs
Instruct and manage maintenance work
Undertake prospective tenant initial assessment
processing invoices and administer insurance claims
Implement rent review policy
have a full understanding of all regulatory requirements for a rental property
The right candidate will have a proven background within property management and be driven and have a can do attitude You will also be numerate and want to work in a progressive and professional organisation
