Deputy manager required for one of the largest social care and nursing home providers in the UK to work within their specialist dementia and nursing home
Within this role you will be required to write and develop care plans for older people as well as liaising with families and other healthcare professionals in relation to residents care In addition you will take responsibility for quality and risk assessments and the administration and safe handling of medication Other duties will include supporting junior staff members in their day to day duties ensuring any training needs are identified and that the home and staff adhere to NMC and CSCI guidelines
