HOME MANAGER WITH EITHER AN RGN OR RMN QUALIFICATION FOR A 35 BED NURSING HOME IN TIPTON BIRMINGHAM EXCELLENT PACKAGE AND COMPETATIVE SALARY
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Home Manager with previous experience and strong leadership skill to manage a 35 bed Nursing Home in Tipton Birmingham
The suitable candidate must have an RGN or RMN qualification preferably have an NVQ 4 in management or an RMA and hold current registration with the NMC
The salary is negotiable depending on experience but will be up to 45K
Purpose of Job
Maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of the running of the care home at all times
Manage staff to ensure they contribute to the well being of the residents and provide the Highest standard of care possible
Demonstrate commercial awareness and promote and maintain the good reputation of the Company
