The Role
Our client is looking for a home managers for a large new home registered for nursing and residential elderly and dementia service users As home manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the home including care plan implementation adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary You will also be responsible for staff recruitment training and appraisals and organising staff rotas Whilst you will have a superb support network to assist with a broad spectrum of matters you will also be required to handle liaising with external bodies and the setting and monitoring of budgets As it is a new home commissioning and promotion of the home will be an integral part of the job
