We are looking for a Paralegal to join our thriving defendant RTA team based in Chelmsford You will handle pre litigation and postlitigation personal injury cases The successful candidate will have a background of handling RTA claims pre and post litigation You will be predominately dealing with Fast track claims however dependant on your experience there is the opportunity to deal with more complex claims including credit hire
There may be an opportunity to train other paralegals on litigation and assist in referrals from claim handlers
Ideally you will have experience gained within a Defendant firm or within insurance but candidates with Claimant experience are also encouraged to apply
