My client is now looking to recruit a Nursing Home General Manager to manage their 90 bedded home based in Chigwell Essex caring for the Elderly Dementia
This position requires a manager who is very hands on and who has a strong back ground in managing a large nursing home
The role will be to
To be responsible for the health and social care needs of all service users within the establishment
To be responsible for the effective management of the facilities services within the establishment
To maintain maximum occupancy levels with the appropriate fee structures in accordance to company policy
To adhere to and put into practice all company policies and procedures as and when appropriate
To effectively manage all complaints and representations
To implement disciplinary procedures as necessary
To maintain all relevant documentation confidentiality and securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act
