My client is currently looking for a Deputy Manager RGN for a medium sized registered nursing home care home in Ilkley West Yorkshire This home provides nursing social care for frail elderly adults
As part of a team your role will include
36 hours shared between the nursing floor and the office
Manage the home in the absence of the general manager
Act as clinical lead within the home
Manage all registered nurses and implement traininginduction programs for all care staff
Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the home
Perform quality management and audits in the home
Work with the general manager in improving the quality rating from the CQC
Follow up enquiries on private beds both dementia and nursing
Starting up gold standard frame work any experience would be to an advantage

RGN qualification
Excellent clinical skills
Have a valid NMC Pin Number
Complete satisfactory POVA and CRB checks
