Working in the Finance department you will be part of a team of 8 helping to streamline the entry of purchase invoices on a day to day basis You will be responsible for your own allocated area of the accounts payable function Excellent scope to to progress
1To check supplier invoices match purchase orders raised and process them onto the computerised system
2To assist in any alterations to these invoices as and when requested by the purchasing team
3Assist with the monthly cheque run and remittances
4Raise ad hoc cheques BACS payments when required
5Check TNT deliveries and reconcile to invoices
6Resolve any supplier invoice queries directly with the supplier in a timely manner
7Answer the AccountsPurchasing phone line
8Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliations requesting copy invoices where required
9Assisting your line manager with the Staff Expenses
10Occasionally assisting the credit control team with debt chasing
