Are you an experienced Customer Finance Assistant
A local Organisation are looking to recruit 3 Part Time Customer Finance Assistants to join their expanding team for a minimum of a 12 month assignment
The role of customer finance assistant will involve
Handling of Customer and Supplier enquiries either via telephone or email
Resolution of queries related to the MPAS system
To have knowledge of all aspects of DUoS billing including maintenance of Duos Database payment allocation and debt follow up
Preparation of financial reports and figures for head office and industry parties
Team members are expected to become experienced in all areas of the work so that they become multiskilled and flexible
