Are you an experienced Payments Finance Assistant
A Payments Finance Assistant is required to join an expanding Company for a 6 Month assignment in Plymouth
The role of Payments Finance Assistant will include
The processing of invoice documentation into the Payments system
Communicating with Suppliers and all relevant internal customers in respect of invoice queries and payment related matters
The processing and checking of invoice documentation for correctness of price quantity and discount
Undertaking statutory checks of invoices in particular VAT and Sub contractors
Investigating statements queries and obtaining credit notes from Suppliers for pricing errors or short deliveries
The successful Payments Finance Assistant will
Be Customer focused selfmotivated and have the ability to juggle priorities
Have Previous Accounts experience
