We are looking for a Supervisor to take up a role with our client a building maintenance contractor based in Sutton and dealing with social housing commercial properties public buildings and more
The role will involve overseeing all work carried out across various contracts supporting the Contracts Manager to ensure that all works are completed on time within budget and to the agreed standard This will include pricing up required works carrying out quality checks staff supervision and all related paperwork The various contracts cover various areas around the South East and so it may be necessary to stay overnight with all expenses paid if the location is too far from the base office
