You will be making outbound and taking inbound calls to from customers to advise them of products and services that are available to meet their requirements
Will be gathering information from potential customers to ascertain suitability for Company products and services in line with company and FSA regulations guidelines
Using PC and hard copy files you will be required to keep accurate and effective records on all business transactions
Will be taking payments over the telephone and will need to ensure that all precautions are taken to protect the customers security and that Data Protection rules are not breached
