A distributor of furniture fittings hardware and architectural ironmongery is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team in Woodford Green London
As a Sales Administrator you will
Maintain a high level of customer service in line with the Companys ISO requirements
Meet the Companys targets as advised in the years business plan
Process all orders posted verbal mail faxed internet if applicable EDI etc To customers exact requirements
Cover all incoming calls either internally or externally
Handle all customer correspondence
Promptly handling of inquiries
Maintain interdepartmental communication
Answer all calls within 10 seconds
Maintain a high standard of customer service inline with Company ISO requirements
Ensure abandoned calls constitute to less than 2 of all incoming calls
Process complaints and customer initiated returns
Filing an order correspondence via scanning facility
