An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator Support to work for one of the worlds largest international and express parcel carriers The role will be based at our clients LEEDS office and will involve supporting a sales team of 10 people including an area sakes manager sales executives and account managers The role will provide Administration support to the Field Sales team and Area Sales Manager in the Yorkshire and North East territory in order to ensure KPIs are achieved
Accountabilities
Provide adhoc heavyweight quotes for customers calling the quote desk
Support the Account Managers and Sales Executives to prepare standard customer proposals
Account Opening and On Boarding process
Support the sales team in the completion of admin tasks
Holiday and sickness cards
Collation of the sales teams data onto spreadsheet and templates
