My client is a large Idependent recruiter and are expanding rapidily due to them securing major PSL contracts and have launched a new branch They now require an experienced Industrial consultant to join their Rugeley branch
The successful candidate must have experience running and developing an Industrial desk or a Technical desk both tempsperms within the West Midlands area or you will be a proven sales individual that seeks an opportunity within the recruitment industry You will have strong business development skills as well as excellent account management experience to ensure that existing accounts are developed to their full potential You will have full autonomy for running your own desk and attending all your client visits to build upon your Gross Profit
This is a business development role and requires someone with proven business development skills
that can grow and develop the Industrial side of the business as well as building strong client relationships
