Demi Chef De Partie required for this Country House Hotel set on the outskirts of town with a superb all fresh relaxed modern bar brasserie Fine Dining restaurant private dining rooms and popular wedding venue serving upto 200 guests at the weekend
The Head Chef is looking for a Demi Chef De Partie with good allround experience in a good Hotel ideally with Rosette experience although this is not essential if you at least 4 years experience in all fresh kitchens
As Demi Chef De Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists working as part of the team gaining experience in every section following training you will be expected to run sections unsupervised
