Demi Chef de Partie required to complete the team at this Luxury County House Hotel and Sporting Estate to work in the main kitchen serving a good mix of Lunchtime Brasserie Evening Fine Dining Private Parties and High Class weddings
The Head Chef is looking for a Demi Chef De Partie with previous experience in a good Hotels or restaurants ideally with Rosette experience but essentially in all fresh kitchens
As Demi Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervising Commis and or Demi chefs depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas
