My client provide IT Services and Solutions to the Public Sectors are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to be based on customer site in Rochford Essex

Provide support to 270 desktop and Thin Client users
Prioritise calls using the call logging system RMS
Working to strict SLAs
Providing support remotely and on occasion face to face
