Talascend are recuiting for an individual who is experienced and qualified in ITIL v3 Practitioner to assist our customer with moving from Level 1 to Level 3 maturity

Scope of Assignment
Working in a project team of 5 to 10 provide expertise and work closely with Configuration Release and Change Management to establish the Federated CMDB
Undertake CMDBrelated tools analysis and design which will include reporting and delivery of quick wins
Improve the data held in the CMDBs through automation and data cleansing
Implement improvements to the CMDB discovery tools and the interfaces where relevant
Facilitate data process workshops and empower data owners
Update and support the Communication plan for key stakeholders
