Our client is a online retailer based in Surrey who are actively looking for a talented Senior Bookkeeper to join their busy finance department a immediate start is available for the right candidate
Duties inlcude
Updating the daily cash flow forecasts
Compiling the weekly payment runs
Generating the sales invoices including the management of collection of outstanding debtors
Performing the bank reconciliation
Responsible for the daily banking
Maintaining all the company records on SAGE updloading the daily sales bank reconciliation all supplier invoices customer payments
Allocation of payments receipts onto SAGE
Supporting the HoF in the production of the monthly board pack and explanation of variances to budget journal corrections entries
Various payroll duties compiling all timesheets inputting all the payroll entries into SAGE payroll production of payslips PYE PAYE year end P60 P35
