The Role Quality Engineer Quality Engineer
To ensure that all products processes conform to the customer business requirements
Specific Duties
1 To ensure that initial sample submission is carried out as required by the customer
2 To understand all of the requirements associated with product quality
3 To complete all relevant documentation relating to dimensional material and environmental testing of initial samples PPAP SER
4 To coordinate performance testing on material constructions product where required
5 To analyze all product returned by the customer in order to identify the reason for return To raise Customer Returns reports
6 To ensure that paperwork relating to supplier rejects IMRR NCPR Cost Recovery is raised at all times
