Our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking to recruit an experienced Customer ServiceSales Representative to work within their busy and expanding call centre
You will be responsible for dealing with a high volume of calls both inbound and outbound All calls are from warm leads so customers expecting a call after their initial enquiry
The ideal applicants must have excellent communication skills high levels of energy and are sales focused You will have experience in working to targets in a competitive fun environment
A solid understanding of both Life insurance and motor insurance are ESSENTIAL for this role
