This is a great opportunity for a strong General Manager or Head of Food and beverage to join a National Contract Caterer managing the catering operation across one of their most prestigious city venues on the Strand
Catering for a large BI site with a large staff feeding operation and with an intent to increase the already busy hospitality unit Besides the venues accommodating sports events they are also looking to hold concerts exhibitions and conventions
The Catering operation will cover both hospitality and retail catering
You will need to be highly organized and manage your time well to ensure you have sufficient staff and resources for events Communication with internal departments and the on site clients is essential along with strong financial skills
