Adecco is recruiting for a talented creative Sous Chef with extensive experience working to a 2 Rosette standard for our Client based in the South Lakes near Ulverston
The Hotel which is steeped in history and comprises of 20 bedrooms a 40 cover finedining restaurant as well as function rooms They are pushing for Rosette accreditation so the successful applicant will have a pivotal role in the Hotel achieving their goal
This would a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to take the next step or an existing Sous Chef wanting to push their skills
Duties
You will be deputising the Head Chef who will predominantly manage the function side and the admin side such as ordering stock control etc which will leave you to focus on the preparation and cooking for the fine dining restaurant with three Chefs supporting you
