Our client is a leading independent provider of care to elderly service users across the UK
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Manager for a 37 bedded Nursing Residential and Dementia Home in Boston Lincolnshire
Main purpose of the role
To oversee the care of residents within the Care Home
To take responsibility for the daytoday running of the Care Home
The marketing of the home
Occupancy levels
To ensure that all Company policies and procedures and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales
Applicants must have a strong background in Nursing Home management ideally in homes rated the equivalent of Good by CQC and an RGN qualification although we may consider RMNs with extensive relevant experience
The post has a salary of 38000 plus a bonus of up to 25 of the annual salary The post includes 30 days annual leave and 8 bank holidays
