We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy depot in Ashford with strong geographical knowledge of Southeast England
Duties to include
Receive calls from engineers and issue jobs to hand held devices using Performance
Calling engineers advising of scheduled works
Accurate data entry
Updating important records
Print collate and issue new work packs
Logging and closing of engineers jobs
To be considered for this role you should have a strong administration background ideally within engineering utilities or a similar sector
This role is a temporary to permanent assignment so you must be available on an ongoing basis
