Talascend are recruiting for an individual who is an experienced ITIL v3 Analyst to assist our customer with moving from Level 1 to Level 3 maturity

Scope of Assignment
Working in a project team of 5 to 10 staff the following ITiL v3 Service Design and Service Transition processes will be delivered
Develop and implement inscope ToBe Processes
Implement Process Quick Wins organise training where relevant
Facilitate Process Workshops
Update and Support Communications plan for Key Stakeholders
Development of Service Catalogue
Support CMDB and tools analysis and design
Manage the improvements to tools where necessary
Provide training where relevant such as inhouse training of Service Management processes
