Due to continued growth within this world class manufacturing organisation there is currently an exciting opportunity for a Process Plant Manager to run a bioplant facility The main purpose of the role is to manage efficiently economically and safely all aspects of the day to day operation of bioplants and subsequent energy generation You are likely to come from a chemical related or other continuous process environment with strong leadership capability and some knowledge of effluent treatment processes The main responsibilities of the role include Manage bioplant operations in line with budget volume cost and efficiency targets Plan and implement a programme of operator development interviews to review performance and agree future training needs Support the Senior Manager in developing a workplace environment to enhance all employees both as individuals and as teams understanding of and contribution to business objectives Identify and monitor as appropria...
