Duties include
Management of Telecoms IT installations managing a team of 4 engineers as well as the service desk
Liaising with the account manager clients and engineers to ensure the scheduling and planning of all jobs site surveys and quoting call out charges for nonmaintained clients
Providing sales support on pricing product information processing orders
Providing quotations for moves adds changes for existing clients in the absence of the Account Manager
