Our client is one of the largest residential and mixed use developers in London They are currently looking for a Site Manager The project is a 50m new build residential development consisting mainly of apartments located in Central London I am looking for an Individual with a proven track record in all aspects of site management gained within the residential Developing sector
You will be a strong team player with good communication skills who can motivate and influence others Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes It is essential you have First Aid SMSTS and CSCS
