A permanent position has arisen for a Geotechnical Engineer to work for a company who provide consulting engineering services and geotechnical advice
The successful individual will have a Degree in geotechnical related subject and ideally experience in ground investigation works site and report writing and a clear understanding of geotechnical matters
Candidates of all levels will be considered including graduates The salary is dependent on experience up to 45000
Responsibilities
Undertake geotechnical investigations preparing fee quotes resource planning
Planning and implementing site work including logging of TPs BLIs and managing subcontract drilling teams
Scheduling laboratory testing writing reports including desk studies factual and interpretive reports
Knowledge of contamination and environmental standards along with interaction of the built environment with the ground
