Overview of the Client Support Officer Role
Client Support Officers are responsible for the processing of complex queries and issues that require escalation and can not be answered by Private Client Services These queries will be communicated via SLX tickets Client Support will investigate through to resolution and will respond back to the originator or to the client
This role will provide agreed service delivery standards to key stakeholders internal and external clients ensuring timely resolution and professional handling of all escalated queries
