OVERALL OBJECTIVES
1 To lead and manage a team of Customer Service Officers to provide a fully effective first class customer service to external customers and deliver a high quality front line service to colleagues partners suppliers etc
2 To develop and deliver effective Customer Engagement plans which will lead to tangible improvements in the services delivered and which can be measured by customer satisfaction
