Role Description
This role requires someone with previous experience with in the Housing sector and ambitions of stepping up in to site management The role is based around the county of Surrey so you must live near by to this region
Training will be provided to develop you on site working along side a Site manager supporting the new build housing schemes Schemes are any thing from 10 houses up 100 new build houses including affordable and high spec properties
The day to day activities include looking after the trades and labour dealing with health and safety issues on site and to ensure the site runs smoothly
Required Experience
Experience on a new build housing estate is a must with a current CSCS card Also any additional qualification would support your application including First Aid SMSTS or S...
