Role Description
Assistant Quantity Surveyors are required to work on Thames Water projects supporting the AMP5 framework This framework has recently been reawarded for another 5 year period until April 2015
The projects are varied and valued at 1 million to 80 million and can cover multiple sites across London Typical projects include Pumping station refurbishments including new builds and extensions Waste Water Treatment Plants and upgrading systems on sites including new pumping equipment control systems and site security
You will be on site from the start of the project through to completion and final accounts Ultimately the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will help the Senior Quantity Surveyors manage all costs relating to the civil engineering and ME elements of the projects Your role is to minimise the costs of the proj...
