Responsibilities
Deliver benchmark customer satisfaction by designing deploying and supporting sometimes complex network and security solutions
Work with other Engineers within the company to ensure that customer issues are dealt with appropriately within the agreed timescale
Document and prioritise customer issues for escalation to appropriate next level 3rd party
