Main Purpose
To deal with customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone and email etc
To learn the companies products on a basic level
To provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers
Send information to customers as requested
To assist with the smooth running of the Sales Office
To process sales orders
Invoicing Raising and processing purchase orders
To be very organised and work well under pressure when required
To check stock levels and back orders
Supply Customers with Information when required
Excellent customer service skills
Work along side the Senior sales team
Duties will include
To answer and deal with telephone enquiries and orders
To ensure that all customers phone calls are returned in a timely manner
