Due to expansion they require an experienced Scheduling Helpdesk Administrator to carry out varied duties from there Birmingham office You will be required to do
The Role
Assign appropriate Engineer Subcontractor
To arrange site visits with Managers engineers and clients
To coordinate and manage administration for Subcontract labour
Raise purchase orders and progress them
To progress open calls and reschedule works where appropriate
To process and input Engineers field service reports
To process Sales Orders
When appropriate organise deliver...
