We are a recruitment company and we are currently looking for an experienced Shift Trainer To support our growth our client has created a new role at their site in Grimsby The Shift Trainer will support the production team to develop the skills on a range of food manufacturing procedures
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide effective training via induction and on the job training for hourly paid employees as well as a comprehensive coordination service to the manufacturing areas and training department to meet business departmental and individual needs
Training and inducting new hourly paid employees retraining of existing hourly paid employees and coordination of training material schedules and matrices across manufacturing functions
