My Client is a newly refurbished Gastro pub and restaurant based on the south east coast of Norfolk and due to continued business success they are looking to add an experienced Sous Chef to their ever expanding team
You may be a Junior Sous chef looking for more responsibility or a sous chef with new ideas to continue the high standards set by this growing successful restaurant Providing only locally sourced produce my client is committed to ongoing development of the team and offer regular in house training
The Role
Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh local and seasonal ingredients
Deputise in the Head Chefs absence
Taking charge of both training and guidance for Junior kitchen members
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous looking to step up
Able to work unsupervised and develop a junior team members
Have experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen
Calm personality...
