We are looking for a Chef de Partie for a historic 3 Star hotel housed within a 17th century coaching inn on Dorset coast The hotel which is privately owned and managed boasts two restaurants the first offers formal dining serving a mix of traditional and modern British food and the second a more informal bar restaurant serving gastro pub dishes with daily specials Both kitchens emphasise the use of locally sourced seasonal produce Candidates should come from a good background working with fresh food and be able to provide good references from previous places of employment when required This is an established company that offers excellent working conditions and career prospects Accommodation is available on request Chef de Partie salary is 1600019000 depending on experience
