Our client a prestigious market research company based in the London Bridge area are looking for an experienced administrator with customer service experience to join their busy team immediately
To apply for the role you MUST have the following
Experience working in a project or sales environment working to strict deadlines
Experience liaising with and supporting Senior management
Alevels or equivalent
Confidence and ability to work with a wide range of people from field interviewers to CEOs
Duties will include
Acting as the central point of contact for clients researchers and field workers
Compiling and distributing information packs
Managing the database
Project support administrative duties
Handling all customer services enquiries
Arranging meetings and booking venues
